About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive, relationship-driven Customer Success Manager to lead client onboarding, engagement, and long-term success. You'll work closely with funded businesses to ensure a smooth experience, from their first capital deployment through ongoing support. Your job is to drive satisfaction, reduce churn, and help clients make the most of their partnership with Bravix.
What You’ll Do
Own and manage the post-funding customer experience across onboarding, adoption, and support
Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, building trusted relationships
Monitor usage, performance, and repayment progress; proactively address risks or issues
Deliver insights and education to help clients deploy capital effectively
Collaborate with sales, underwriting, and marketing to provide a seamless client journey
Gather feedback to inform product and process improvements
Track satisfaction metrics, retention, and client health scores
What We’re Looking For
2–5 years experience in customer success, account management, or client services
Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Close, or similar) and customer success platforms
A consultative, empathetic approach to helping clients succeed
Comfort with basic analytics and business metrics
Bonus Points For
Experience in fintech, B2B SaaS, or working with small-to-mid sized businesses
Exposure to funding, lending, or capital management services
Background in operations, sales support, or onboarding programs
